Stump Pass 1

 
It was a 2-mile hike along the beach, and just as I was making my way through, a heavy downpour hit, driven by fierce side winds. I quickly sought shelter next to a palm tree, holding my umbrella above my camera gear while the rest of me got soaked. I knew the storm wouldn't last long, and I was in the perfect spot to wait it out. Sure enough, within minutes, the rain stopped, and the sky began to clear. The clouds slowly parted, revealing a dramatic, post-storm scene. The light was different now, softer, more intense—everything felt alive and renewed.
