Gator Hook 1

During my visit to Gator Hook five years ago, I encountered a scene that appeared desolate and barren due to the absence of water at the time. Little did I know that my return to this location would take place many years later. The journey, spanning approximately 2 miles along a challenging limestone trail, presented its own set of obstacles. The once dry landscape had now transformed into a flooded terrain, with water levels reaching waist-high. Despite the relentless swarms of mosquitoes, my determination to reach the area remained unwavering.
